Organisation Phase
If your context menu says "Organisation Phase" it is your turn to:
- Move a ninja to another team
- Set the head ninja
- Disband and existing team
1. Move a ninja to another team
Assuming you have another team to move to you will get the following popup menu, otherwise the option to move is disabled. Take no notice of the boxes in the upper left. They will be explained later.

Clicking on move will make the following change
Selected ninja is now disabled
The ninja you selected to move is now blacked out, in fact, its entire team is, but because there is only one ninja in the team it appears that the selected ninja was only blacked out. Similarly, teams that cannot accept any more ninja will be blacked out too.
During this time, you can click on any of the remaining teams to add the selected ninja to it.

Now to repeat with the remaining single ninja to for a group of three ninja, at which point the team will be full. However there are certain cards that allow teams to be organised into more members that just three.

You will notice now that the popup menu has changed. This is because the ninja displaying under the top ninja are referred to as back ninja. The ninja on top is referred to as the head ninja.
Also notice how move has been disabled as there are no other teams to move to.
2. Set the head ninja
In the above screen shot a new option to promote to head ninja appeared. doing this will send the current head ninja to the bottom row, and the selected ninja will take the place of the old head ninja.
3. Disband the existing team
Earlier it was mention to pay no attention to the box in the upper left of a team, but now it will be explained. Right clicking on it brings up the popup menu to interact with the team itself.

Clicking on disband will move all of the ninja into a separate team each.
Also, clicking on view team members will bring up a list of the cards in that team.
